Wonderful view
I booked this hotel for 3 nights for my boyfriend's birthday surprise and was a little worried that it might be too far out of town. However, the view from the balcony over the lake and mountain was amazing and worth the 10 minute bus ride into central Lucerne.
The staff on the hotel were friendly and I could not fault their service. We had dinner and cocktails in the hotel restaurant on our last night and the prices were very reasonable and the food delicous.
I would recommend this hotel without a doubt. My only reservation was that the walls were a little thin. Regardless of this we had a wonderful stay and would go back.
