The three star superior business Hotel Sternen Oerlikon is situated in the centre of Oerlikon, just a five-minute walk from Zurich Oerlikon train station. Zurich main station and the airport can be reached via a direct five-minute train journey.

The Hotel Sternen Oerlikon is in the centre of Oerlikon. Zurich Oerlikon train station, the Hallenstadion arena, the Messe Zurich trade fair complex and Theater 11 are all just a five-minute walk away.
The train journey from Zurich Oerlikon station to Zurich main station and the airport takes five minutes. The 'Sternen Oerlikon' tram stop is serviced by routes 10, 11 and 14 and is right next to the hotel. There is garage parking spaces. The entrance to the hotel car park is at the back of the hotel.

Great value. Best recommendations.
I stayed here for business at a company close by. The hotel is newly renovated and really state of the art. If it was for me I would give it 4 stars (category) rather than 3. I have seen other 3 star hotels in Zurich and they can't compare with this one.
Great breakfast buffet, great room, quiet hotel, friendly staff. What else do you need!

Clean room, convenient accommodation
We stayed at the Sternen Oerlikon for 2 nights while on a short trip to Zurich. Sternen Oerlikon is located in suburbs of Oerlikon, a few minutes' walk to Zurich's Exhibition Centre, 10 minutes by car to the city center. The hotel is right next to a tram stop and there are buses that run into Zurich. There are numerous restaurants around. Our room was simple and clean, including a bathroom that transformed itself into a shower stall. We did not expect much and actually received exactly what we planned. All in all, Sternen Oerlikon offered a clean accommodation and convenient location – all for a reasonable price.

The Sternen Oerlikon is a very clean budget hotel located in a nice suburb of Zurich. Our room was small with a comfortable double bed (2 singles put together) and a couple of sitting chairs and round table. The bathroom was adequate but the sink was inside the bedroom. Our room faced the main street occupied by a constant flow of trams, and buses but it was very quiet at night. The hotel is about five easy walking blocks from the main train station in Oerlikon (if you have luggage, you will have to negotiate the steps in the train station). We loved the stay here because it was a good value - about three miles from the center of Zurich, quiet, friendly and easily accessible.
