The group is headed by Mr Sandeep Shetty who has been associated with the hospitality industry for about two decades and has vast experience in guest management and understands the nitty gritty of the ever increasing demands and requirements of the industry. Under his leadership and guidance the group which started with a single hotel with 50 rooms has grown to four hotels with a capacity of 185 rooms. A team of efficient and experienced staff provide seamless service and maintain the ever-growing demands of the guests.

In our property we are having a combination of both A/C & non A/Crooms comprise of spacious room with an attached bathroom with world class amenities. The attached bathrooms have facilities of running hot & cold water round the clock and are equipped with toiletries for daily use. We have a min bar, mini refrigerator, LCD television with unlimited channel options available in all the rooms. An electronic safety locker is provided in individual rooms for safety & security of the guest's assets. The guest is also provided with an iron board, bathrobe & hair dryer on request. In the common area there is billiard board which helps our guest to refresh their mind. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Hotel T.A.P. Goldcrest Bangalore.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
