Great value for the area!

I had read the reviews on this place before arriving and was a bit nervous. However, this place is just what you would expect - nothing fancy, however, the rooms were clean and the pool area is fantastic, including the poolside bar! The access to the beach is perfect. It's not a luxury hotel but if you're on a budget, this is the place to stay. It's close enough to all the attractions. The employees were helpful. In fact, we had a remote for a tv that didn't work and they had it replaced for us in less than 20 minutes. There are resort and parking fees that are not charged up front. It's about $21 per day which was the price to park in some hotels, so as long as you plan for those fees, there were no other surprises. I would stay in this hotel again if I visited Miami.
