Historic Hut Pointe was built in 1944 by the first Premier of the Bahamas (1964-1967), Sir Roland Symonette. Abandoned for over 10 years, the beautiful, two story solid stone building was purchased and completely renovated in 2004 by a group of International Investors who appreciated its natural beauty and location. In addition to the solid stone construction, Hut Pointe's interior floors and roof rafters were constructed with all Abaco Pine (now extinct) and teakwood decks on the east side of the building.
This is truly one of the most prestigious and unique buildings on Eleuthera. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Hut Pointe Hotel Bahamas - Out Island.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
