An existing nationwide footprint of 140 hotels will be transformed to Hyatt Place hotels within the next 24 months. The innovative design of Hyatt Place sets a new benchmark for the Select Service industry. Hundreds of hours of research have been conducted with developers and consumers to create an exciting new hotel brand with a cost-per-key that is competitive with other major brands in the upscale Select Service category.Location:Located just two miles south of the Kansas City International Airport and 12 miles north of downtown Kansas City.Area Details:Just off Interstate 29 and Tiffany Springs Parkway.
