The hotel is dog friendly only. The weight limit for the pet is 50 lbs|*Fees: A one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of USD 100 + USD 50 per night. All pet rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The hotel requires the dog's current shot records faxed to us prior to arrival. Fax: (239)390-4325. Pet rooms should be booked 14 days in advance due to the limited number of pet rooms and always should be booked through in-house reservations. Doggie Menu is available through room service. All dogs must remain on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the restaurants, pool decks, golf course, etc. Cleaning up after the pet as well as any damages in the room are the responsibility of the owner. Guests should have a \"Doggie on Vacation\" sign on their doorknob. Arrangements should be made with housekeeping regarding service and the hotel request that the owner is present at that time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Hotel Naples. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
