The Iberostar Creta Panorama & Mare Hotel is situated close to the fishing village of Panormo, 3 km, in the Prefecture of Rethymnon by the river Geropotamos, 18 km east of the Town of Rethymnon. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. |

* For the guests' dining pleasure and convenience the hotel has two non-smoking restaurants with a smoking area, serving delicious culinary dishes and a taverna in the extensive grounds with a great menu, drinks and views to the sea. Refreshments and drinks are served at the pool bar which is ideal after a dip in the swimming pool or to sunbathe.
* The guests can relax in one of the outdoor swimming pools (one fresh water and three seawater pools with a separate children's pool) and unwind on the sun lounges under the parasols by the pool while the children play in the playground and mini clubs are available for ages of 4 to 7, 8 to 12, and 13 to 18 years old.
* It offers sports and leisure activities such as basketball, archery, bowls, aerobics, and 3 tennis hard courts, sauna fitness room, video games, billiards, and mountain bike hire, water sports and more others.
* For the meetings of the guests and social events the hotel offers incentive installations with a capacity between 25 and 500 people. |

The hotel's main building consists of 202 rooms - doubles & triples, 18 rooms for handicapped persons as well as 6 Suites for 2-4 persons and 172 sea view and seafront bungalows.
* The superior bungalow complex in the bay area with 56 double and triple rooms, has separate swimming pool and pool bar.
* Seafront rooms are located in the first row to the sea, with direct sea views, otherwise identical to double rooms.
*Type A family rooms have more spacious, identically-equipped, with bath or shower, partially with sea views.
*Type B have one bedroom and a separate room where 2 further people can sleep, with bath or shower, partially with sea views, otherwise identical to double rooms.
* All the 454 sea or garden view rooms include balcony or terrace, wc/bathroom, direct dial telephone, air-conditioning with warm / cold, colour satellite tv with music channel, safe Box (for rent), refrigerator, hairdryer.
* Suites and superior rooms also have the following extras such as; bathrobe, slippers, cosmetic set, wine & fruit and soft drinks in room on arrival |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Iberostar Creta Panorama Hotel Crete.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
