Of the total capacity, 113 rooms are non-smoking and two rooms are adapted for those who are physically disabled. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Ibis Praha Mala Strana Hotel Prague.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.

First booking through Otel.com so a little apprehensive. The price looked too good to be true. Doubly apprehensive. No need. the hotel was new, smart and clean. Exactly what I expected from Ibis, but newer. All staff extremely polite and spoke very good ...
