Il Saraceno is set into a cliff overlooking the beach in Amalfi, 3 kilometres from the town centre of Amalfi, 10 kilometres from Ravello,12 kilometres from Positano and 30 kilometres from Sorrento.
Approximate driving time from Naples Capodichino Airport (NAP) to Il Saraceno is 1 hour 30 minutes and distance is 70 kilometres (43.5 miles).
Trains are available from Naples to Salerno, where there is a bus link to Amalfi. From Naples Port (at the bottom end of Piazza Municipio) ferries and hydrofoils sail to Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, and the islands of Capri and Ischia.
Getting around: The centre of Amalfi is compact, and easily explored on foot. Buses connect Amalfi to other resorts and towns along the coast. A car would be useful to explore the region. |
