* AQVA:
The recipient of a Four-Fork designation, Spain’s highest restaurant rating, AQVA is well-known for stellar quality and service. The finest cuts of meat and fresh local ingredients go into progressive Spanish and Mediterranean dishes – among them Entrecote of Galician Beef and Iberico Pork Filet. The extensive selection of mineral waters from which the restaurant takes its name features more than 100 brands, including rainwater bottled in the Austrian mountains, a favourite of Louis XIV.
* NOMAD:
Nomad is like an adventurous traveller – always exploring new horizons but never letting loose the ties to home. The result is world cuisine heavily influenced by North Africa and southern Spain. Aptly named for its outdoor setting next to the pool, Al Fresco is open daily from Easter to October. A casual menu of barbecue favourites is offered for lunch, tempting Mediterranean treats are served all day and refreshing cocktails toast the sunset on warm summer evenings. The views are also worth noting, whether you prefer to watch the activity in and around the pool or enjoy the gentle knolls of the manicured golf course.

Draught Guinness, Murphy’s Irish Stout, draught lager and bottled international beers and ciders are teed up with a bar menu of burgers, sandwiches and salads. * Golf Club House Bar:
The Golf Club House Bar, situated between the first and last tees, is the ideal spot for cool drinks and light fare any time of day. Golfers love to gather at the crescent-shaped bar to replay their best shots, but you don’t have to be a golf aficionado to enjoy the relaxed environment.
