Shuttle vans and private cars are available for Island Palm Resort.
Shop at the Port Lucaya Marketplace, just a few minutes from the Island Palm. The inviting streets of this well know shopping complex are know for fine international eateries, quaint boutiques and calypso street music.
Deadman's Reef, 13 miles from the resort off Grand Bahama's southwest coast, is a prime snorkeling site and is within swimming distance of the beach. |

Island Palm Hotel also provide Scooter Rentals. Visit the Island Palm's Hibiscus poolside snack bar or Hearts of Palm Restaurant. Try Bahamian hair braiding or visit the local craft boutique.
* The resort includes an L-shaped pool measuring 40 feet on the long side. The partner resort has a water-sports center that rents personal watercraft and snorkeling gear and offers parasailing, banana-boat rides, deep-sea fishing, reef fishing, glass-bottom boat trips, and snorkeling and sunset cruises.
* Rental motor scooters for use around the Freeport area are available outside the lobby. Island Palm Hotel also provides hospitality change room, luggage storage area and chaise lounges. Guests of Island Palm Resort can check e-mail at a lobby computer with a high-speed connection. |

Four 3-story buildings are clustered around a central pool and garden courtyard area. Rooms feature colorful Poinciana and Hibiscus motif, rattan furniture and natural tile floors.
* Rooms are include cable/satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, bathroom with shower/tub combination, and fabrics with tropical plant designs. Hair dryer and iron/ironing board available on request. |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Island Palm Resort Hotel Grand Bahama.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
