Built in 1979, the apartment hotel was renovated in the year 2000 and offers a total of 199 apartments in 2 buildings. It has a large foyer with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and 2 lifts. Facilities include a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with non-smoking area and highchairs for children. Guests may also make use of the laundry service, and there is a doctor on call. An Internet terminal and a bicycle hire service are available, and for younger guests there is a playground.
The all-inclusive and full board packages are not available in the summer season; both packages are only offered in winter.
