Ideal location, basic but perfect as a base. Clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Would book again.

Re: Sleepless at Jungfrau Lodge September 2003. If you want A/C why don't you just stay in Texas. Come on, this is Switzerland and yes it has been a very unuasal hot summer/fall all over Europe, but it cools off nicely at night, windows do open you know. I was there in July and it was hot, yet I'm not complaining. Hiked over to Bachalpsee, a most beautiful view, even in +30 degrees Celcius, don't know what that is in Fahrenheit, and US is only country that is not yet metric, so figure it out yourself and next time stay where you can enjoy Air Condition but smog instead of beautiful fresh country mountain air.
