Stayed in jurys Inn for 2 nights in July/August. First impressions were very good, hotel is new ( having only opened the previous February ) and modern looking. The reception area is large and spacious with bar & restaurant adjoining it. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room as on the 9th floor overlooking the river and central Leeds, and was spotless and tastefully decorated and also air conditioned. The bathroom was bright and airy and also spotlessly clean with good towel supply and a superb shower. The hotel is situated on the bank of the Aire just 5 mins stroll to the city centre ( across the milennium footbridge) and forms part of a very impressive new development of offices /shops /apartments which are not yet open. If you are looking for a good quality, centrally located budget hotel I would seriously not look beyond Jurys Inn, especially if like me you get the benefit of a special offer rate ( ?29stg per night !!). Wonderful !
