bad service when booked this hotel

i had made a booking with www.otel.com for i nights stay for 3 people we booked well in advance on our arrival we was told that the water was a problem and they moved us to an other hotel part of the same hotel group the k+k central no disscount and we had to pay the same price no offer of recompense and we believe it was a scam although we had been offered to fin another hotel we had pre paid this hotel and wanted the hotel for the location the hotel chain we thought was a good one was not up to or standards and we will never book this hotel chain again although the hotel was a good standard as for the www.otel pre booking i shal;l reconcider using another website for new bookings in future as we stay in prague 12 times a year i found this hotel chain a bad point for the good name of otel .com
