Kervansaray Thermal Hotel

Bad

We stayed there for two nights in August and it was really terrible. There are good things about the hotel: staff were respectful but nothing beyond that. A historical bath is attached to the hotel building. It is clean and nice. The hotel was half empty and sort of gloomy. At breakfast, we were there with only two or three other families in the big empty breakfast hall, and it was just in the middle of the season. I wondered how they could break even. On our arrival they asked us to use their open buffet dinner (average quality food, cold) and they said it was included in our room charge, but then on check-out they charged us over 60 Euros for that. When we objected, they said it was a mistake by the restaurant manager but they said they couldn’t do anything about it and we had to pay the bill. Maybe this is how they can break even! There are some very good hotels in Bursa, so my advice is never go to this one.
