A 4 Star Mansion Hotel in Inverness...

Kingsmills Hotel, Inverness was built in 1786 for one certain man named William Inglis that has become the Provost of Inverness. The original house s the heart of the hotel, ensuring every guests to experience a piece of Scottish Heritage. Upon entering the building the ornate ceiling and cornice in the Adams Lounge can be seen, a mark of an elegance and charm that is still there to be seen and experience by the next upcoming generations.

The name Kingsmills commemorates a meal mill which stood in the grounds of the hotel until the 1950’s. Licensing of the mill was granted by the crown alone until 1575 hence the “Kings” mills.

The Kingsmills Hotel, Inverness is located on Culcabock Road in Inverness, just a short walk from Inverness city center.

Kingsmills is just a 5 minute taxi ride from Inverness train station, and 20 minutes away from Inverness Airport.
