Knipoch Hotel is nestling beside Loch Feochan in Argyll, Scotland. This 4 Star Hotel is privately owned and run by the Craig family.

The Hotel was started in 1981 when the original building was refurbished with the reception, kitchen and bedroom wing being added. Prior to this it was their family home with a history.

LOCATION

The Knipoch Hotel is situated six miles south of Oban on the main A816 Oban to Lochgilphead road overlooking Loch Feochan.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

* Bar, offers a well stocked bar with an emphasis on Scottish Malt Whiskies ranging from the youngest distillery to pre-war Malts. Their wine list ranges from quaffable house wines to Mouton Rothschild Claret.

* Restaurant, offers the finest, seasonal locally sourced products. Their menu changes daily just like the seasons.

* There are three dining rooms with a unique atmosphere available at the hotel:

The first and smallest is the red dining room, which is oak, paneled using paneling recovered from the ruins of Ypres Cathedral. The open fire adds to the cozy atmosphere.

* There is a Parking area available at the hotel.

* The Room Service is available for 24 hours.

* There is a Lounge area wherein the guests can relax and meet up with friends, family or colleagues.
