Great location with minor hiccups
Initially we made a decision to stay at Koffieboontje Hotel due to its convenience and price - a great combination and indeed, it was very convenient especially for the price. The hotel is centrally located - just off the Markt, down the side of the Belfort. Our room was very spacious, with well – equipped kitchen and own private terrace. The décor was not the most appealing but did not bother at all. The breakfast was generous and good quality. The only downside that we have experienced was the hotel staff. The did not seem to be very courteous and helpful at all. If not that, we would claim Koffieboontje Hotel as the best value hotel in Bruges. |

Pretty good
We stayed at Koffieboontje Hotel for one night. The location was great, just around the corner from the main square. The room was very cheap and pretty small. Still, it had everything that we needed (except a refrigerator). We were able to use their free wireless internet, which worked quite well. The staff was friendly. The morning breakfast was large and pretty good. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel and would book it again (probably a larger room though). |

Great Hotel
In the Centre of Bruges itself, this was a good hotel but a little difficult to find as it's right down a side street. The hotel was clean and we were made very welcome with discount vouchers and maps of Bruges itself. Comfortable bed. If you're in the car then I parked at TZand underground car park overnight and it's about a 5 - 10 minute walk from there. Car parking worked out at about £6 which isn't bad at all! Loads of nice restaurants nearby, had a great stay. No complaints at all with the hotel it was lovely. |
