The building of La Demeure, built at the turn of the XIXth century, was originally a residential building, with shops on the ground floor, as a typical construction of the haussman era.
Turned into a hotel in 1910, La Demeure Hotel became a welcome place for white Russians fleeing the Revolution. Owned by the same family, its main assets consist in the oversized rooms, the warm homely atmosphere, the Paris ambiance, its situation at the heart of a historical fast moving area and its unusual high level of comfort and services for a hotel of its kind.

* The rooms feature ensuite bathroom with hairdryer and are furthermore equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, desk, ADSL Internet access, heating, direct dial telephone and satellite TV. Baby cots are available on request.

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of La Demeure Hotel Paris.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.

We had a super time. The hotel staff was extraordinarily welcoming. Very willing to accommodate and please. The hotel was neat as a pin. We couldn't have been better treated. We would definitely recommend.

Stayed in the Latin Quarter this September. Even though I called the day before we left to confirm our prepaid reservation, The Comfort Inn rue Mouffetard (3 star) was full for our first night and sent us by taxi to the Demeure. What a lovely surprise! Nice mo...
