Hotel of new construction, modern and functional, situated to 100 meters of the beach in the downtown of Rota, integrated in extensive green belts and of dissemination. Has 40 extensive apartments. From the 3rd to the 6th of August and from the 4th to the 10th of September the hotel does not blame itself of the volume of noise of the zone.
