The establishment is composed of two residential residential resorts inagurated in 2001/2002. they are composed of two storey buildings with penthouse. 4/5 pax apartments are equipped with double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, oven, wahing machine, tv, ensuite bathroom and terrace or balcony with views to the garden or the pool.

Location: right at the heart of denia's best sandy beach, in the las marinas district, with tennis courts, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. about 200 metres from the beach.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of La Fontana/riviera Hotel Denia. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
