The Lauderdale Beachside Resort is here to ensure that the beautiful beachfront location..

stained bath tub, only given 2 towels, no wash clothes for 2 day stay. I can stay anywhere, but would not stay here agai...

Jan 25, 2013 There is one aspect of our hotel which just cannot be improved upon even if we had wanted to do so and that's our location, location, location! Everyone agrees that the New Lauderdale Beachside Hotel sits upon one of the most outstanding beaches in Florida - it's not just the pristine nature of our beach, the crystal clear turquoise water, or the gentle winds blowing through the palm trees which will compliment you on your selection of accommodations - it's the relaxing ambiance of the entire area - streets with generally more people walking or riding bikes than driving cars on them, it's the impressive array of different businesses all catering to your whims and needs, and at the pinnacle of this perfect destination you'll find the New Lauderdale Beachside Hotel.

LOCATION

Lauderdale Beach Resort is located on the beach, minutes from Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and the Miami International Airport. Butterfly World, the Florida Convention Center and Panther Arena are less than 20 miles away.

The hotel is also near Pro Player Stadium, Port Everglades, Sawgrass Mills Mall and Beach Place. This Lauderdale-by-the-Sea hotel is within walking distance from several area shops and water sports. South Florida business centers and a wide variety of restaurants and nighttime activities are also nearby.

And because the owners of the hotel also purchased these facilities, you can expect a whole new appearance and experience from either location. Each outlet is being renovated from top to bottom and all the menus are getting a makeover as well.
