First opened in 1999 the 'Tiger Paper' quickly became one of Siem Reap's most popular restaurants. After a morning at nearby Angkor Wat, lunch, a drink and a read of one of the over 500 books that line the restaurant shelves became an institution for many of the thousands of travellers that pass through the ancient home of Angkor Wat every year.
Always trying to improve, changes have been fast over the last year. The hotel has expanded menu to include more classic Cambodian dishes, has built a wood fired pizza oven and it has started a 24 hour pizza delivery service. This hotel has introduced new Khmer dishes like the classic Khmer barbecue.
