The menu changes every two months offering products fresh from the market. Le Walt restaurant has received many positive reviews from the local media for its unobstrusive decoration and the high quality cuisine. Some of the culinary delights include: Marbré de foie gras with port wine, grape chutney; Roasted John Dory; Pan-fried scallops; Roasted quail with braised cabbage and smoked gravy - just to mention a few.
* Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at the Restaurant 'Le Walt' . The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday for Dinner. During these two days a small lunch menu is available for hotel guests and their visitors.
* A 24 hour room service menu is also available for in-house guests. During spring and summer time (weather permitting) meals are served in the charming, intimate interior garden.
