The 5-storey air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 400 rooms, of which 16 are suites. Facilities include a reception desk, a hairdressing salon, a delicatessen, a restaurant and Internet access. Fees apply for use of the laundry service and a car park and garage are on offer to those arriving at the hotel by car.
A resort fee of about USD 2.50 plus tax applies per day per room (use of the safe available). Guests are offered a complimentary shuttle bus service to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Wet 'n' Wild. In addition, there is a mandatory charge of $2.13 per room per night for use of the safe.
