Legend Hotel

We only got to stay at this wonderful hotel one night. It was a bit more expensive than the Golden Crown where we had stayed 3 nights at the beginning of our journey. Upon our return to Istanbul the Golden Crown wanted much more than we paid for our first stay so we set out to find another hotel. The Legend is just around the corner from the Golden Crown and both are in excellent locations. The Legend gave us a better price so we chose to stay here. It has a wonderful breakfast area on the 4th floor and a rooftop area overlooking the Blue Mosque & Marmara--that alone is worth staying here. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. There was a breakfast buffet that was abundant and tasty. Our room was a bit crowded as we did a quad room and added a 4th bed but it was clean and functional. Highly recommend this hotel.
