luxury & excellent service
Lenox Hotel is perfect. The hotel is tastefully decorated elegant and comfortable. I booked it through otel.com and stayed there during my business trip. The hotel offers excellent service. It is located near everywhere especially the famous shopping area - Newbury Street I loved it! My room was good sized, kept spotless during my stay. Staff is very polite and professional. The hotel is just fascinated me by its services and charming historical atmosphere.

Lenox Hotel meets the highest expectations
Me and my girlfriend had a great experience at Lenox Hotel. We stayed there for two days and were amazed by the friendly, customer-centered service. The stuff at the front desk was professional and helpful (special thanks goes to Cody) Our room was big and bright with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The hotel restaurant had a rich menu, especially the sea food was delicious. Hotel's two bars were decent places where me and my girlfriend had wonderful times together and met new people. I should also say that the hotel has a wonderful location in the heart of the Back Bay. Newbury street which is a prestigious area with shops, restaurants and bars is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. After our stay at the Lenox Hotel our expectations from a hotel got higher. I highly recommend this hotel.
