A nice place to stay, but...
We stayed for three weeks, as our favorite hotel. this was our second stay this place. After the first night we had to change our room, because the heating did not work. The second room was smaller, very nice. The cleaning need a little upgrade, so as the breakfast. After the first week the espresso maker broke down and we had to go out to get a cup of coffe.
Not looking the negative side of this stay, I would go back again and reccomand it to others too. |

Great Choice
We stayed at this hotel at the end of August. The hotel is very central and quiet surroundings, very friendly staff, rooms basic but very clean. I would definitely visit again. Moreover with no heistation can recommend to others. |

Perfect location, Professional staff and very nice room
Great location for the hotel. besides, the receptionist spoke English and was happy to show us the room.
Big pluses for us was the handy parking and free internet.
Our room was up a lift, also a plus with heavy bags, on the 3rd floor. It looked out on to the rooftops of Pisa with no real view. The room was very clean had a big comfortable bed and a new bathroom with shower and a lovely wood beamed ceiling.
Location was perfect 1 block from the river and 3 blocks, all through the picturesque streets, from the Leaning Tower. There are many cafes and restaurants a safe and easy walk from the Hotel.

Close to everything
The hotel is in the most charming location - perfect for a wonderful Pisa experience! Some of the rooms are quite small, but for the price it is great value, safe, clean and friendly and most importantly close to everything. |

Good place
We stayed for a few days at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room had all the facilities of a higher star hotel but it was a bit cramped. The hotel was decorated in a rustic Italian style, kind of romany and not to my taste but overall it was a good place to stay - not too far from the main street in pisa. |

July 2007 - Richard
The hotel is well placed for the key sights and the R. Arno. It is, however, close to buildings of the University of Pisa some of which are liberally covered in graffiti. Our first floor, twin bed room was clean though on the small side. The en suite bathroom was large, clean and newish. The room had air-conditioning which was essential in the heat of July. As an Englishman, I bemoaned the lack of tea-making facilities in the rooms! This would have been preferable to the small bowl of free boiled sweets. The drinks fridge was much appreciated.
Overall the stay was very enjoyable and good value, especially at the price available through otel.com
The breakfast room is light and pleasant and there is a wide choice available from the buffet. Staff are pleasant and helpful |

3 night stay
Good clean hotel with ample continental breakfast. The breakfast lady even went out to buy more bread when needed! Double room relatively small, but clean & adequate with good en-suite. Hotel is somewhat hard to find, but GPS lead us to the door. It is central and close to all facilities and sights of Pisa. Just an hour by the nearby train to Florence if you need more to see |

Friendly staff, great location.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Atmospheric hotel in the old part of town and very convenient to the tower etc. Staff helpful and friendly; recommended restaurants etc. Would happily stay again. |
