* The hotels restaurant is located to the left of the main entrance and serves a range of European and local Estonian cuisine.
* Next to the hotel reception, there is a lobby bar where you can spend time by the fireplace tasting a good coffee or enjoying a cocktail.
* On the first floor of the hotel, there is a meeting room for up to 40 people with a paperboard, an OHP and data-projector, and other necessary technical means for carrying out a meeting or a presentation.
* The Finnish sauna locating on the first floor of the hotel offers a possibility for a real relaxation. |

* Rooms are of a good size and standard as are the bathrooms. All rooms are fully equipped and offer all the facilities expected of this category of hotel. Each floor of the hotel has a different color scheme however all rooms are of exactly the same standard. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of L'Ermitage Hotel Tallinn.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
