The family-friendly residence is composed of about 100 holiday homes divided into hamlets. Facilities available to guests at this establishment include a lobby area with a cloakroom. There is a restaurant and WLAN Internet access is provided. Room and laundry services are available for a fee, and a bike hire service is also offered. Younger guests will be able to let off some steam at the children's playground. Guests arriving by car may use the premises' parking facilities.
If arriving late, guests should phone the reception during opening hours and information will be given on how to proceed (digital code box). A deposit is required for the holiday home. Check-in: Saturday from 4 pm to 8 pm. Check-out: Saturday from 8 am to 10 am.

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Les Jardins Renaissance Hotel Tours. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
