Not a 5 star but rather a very nice 4 star hotel
We have stayed for 2 nights at Lev hotel, which we found to be a very nice smart hotel, not too far from the city centre (perhaps 10min by foot) – very convenient for exploring the city for the first time. A double room that we stayed in was big enough with nice bathroom and ac working very efficiently. The breakfast was nice, but nothing special. All the staff members we met were friendly and helpful but some of them don't speak English very well.
However overall, we had a very nice stay at Lev Hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others for its perfect location and basic clean accommodation. Perhaps it's more a 4-star hotel that a 5-star, but still a nice place to stay.
