The apartment complex comprises a total of 81 apartments spread over 4 floors. Guests are welcomed in an inviting lobby with a currency exchange desk and 3 lifts. Additional facilities include a cosy bar and a café.
During the winter the reception hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 8 am - 2 pm and 5 pm - 8 pm. Saturdays: 9 am - 1 pm. Sundays: According to register of clients' arrivals. Please inform the hotel of your approximate arrival time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Lido Hotel Ibiza. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
