LILLE EUROPE HOTEL
I and a colleque stayed at the above Hotel on a stop over . The reception staff were most helpfull on arrival and friendly . The room was immaculate and modern . The breakfast was accaptable the view was a pleasent change from the norm . I stay at a number of hotels on the continent and this one was one of the better ones I have stayed at in the price range I was given at this hotel THANKYOU LILLE EUROPE a pleasant stay

Lille Europe
This is the fourth hotel that we have stayed in Lille and the most expensive. All other hotels were perfectly acceptable, the French seem very good at hotel chains. However, this was the best so far and our Otel booking was the second time we have chosen this particular hotel. It is so ridiculously close to both the Eurostar station and the town centre (not to mention being part of the massive Euralille shopping complex) that you'll find yourself frequently returning between outings to unload or recharge batteries. The rooms are large, modern and clean with impressive views. We even had a flatscreen tv in ours! Breakfast is the usual open buffet selection, with the big difference that you can linger till well after 10 if you wish (which is when the shops open) and no one will hurry or hassle you. All staff are helpful and friendly. The only downside is that if you want a bath or shower, the hot water only seems to be available from about 6.30 onwards - which was a bit of a problem after my 5o.c. run around the Citadelle! You'll be hard pushed to realise that this is a 2 star hotel. Give it a try - you'll love it!
