Lizard Island is truly secluded from the rest of the world. Located right on the Great Barrier Reef, there are 24 powdery-white beaches and 40 luxurious suites.
Sensational diving opportunities abound, including the famous Cod Hole and the island is only a 50-minute boat ride to the legendary Outer Great Barrier Reef. The Ribbon Reefs near Lizard Island are also renowned for some of the best big game fishing in the world.
Snorkellers are rewarded for little effort with coral gardens, brightly coloured tropical fish and giant clams just moments from the island's beaches. Discover secluded, pristine beaches by foot or by motorised dinghy with a gourmet picnic just for two.

Lizard Island by Voyages is located 240km north of Cairns and 27km off the coast of North Queensland. The island It is a National Park covering 1,013 hectares with 24 sandy beaches and a lagoon.
To get to Lizard Island, regular flights are available from all major capital cities in Australia to Cairns Domestic Airport with Qantas Jetstar and Virgin Blue. Alternatively Queensland Rails offers two Tilt trains and three Sunlander departures from Brisbane to Cairns. From Cairns you will then need to take a 60 minute Hinterland flight transfer to Lizard Island and witness spectacular views of the coast, the Great Barrier Reef and surrounding islands. |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Lizard Island by Voyages Hotel Tropical North Coast.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
