The Homes feature 2 bedroom apartments directly on the beach at Siesta Key.
Key collection for the Naples area home will be from a lock box, located in the Freedom Square Shopping Center in Naples. The Charde Rental Group lock box is attached to the wall outside of the entrance into Pak Mail. An envelope with the name on it will be inisde, containing keys and directsions to the home. From here will be able to drive directly to the home. However will be required to visit the rental agents office for the home, Charde Group Rentals, on Marco Island, within 2 days of the arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of LMI Gulf Coast Homes, Naples Hotel. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
