The apartments with a simple and cosy atmosphere have a total of 36 one-bedroom apartments in 2 buildings with 3 floors each. There is garage available for a local charge and subject to availability.
The keys are to be collected from the office of Espatur in Xeraco, Avenida Borrons 44. The key collection hours in summer are from 5 pm to 8 pm on Saturday and 5 pm to 7 pm from Monday to Friday; in winter from 5 pm to 7 pm from Monday to Friday, plus Saturday and Sunday in the morning. Upon arrival a refundable breakage deposit will be required as guarantee for good use of the facilities.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Los Juncos Hotel Costa de Valencia. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
