I visited Louis Creta Princess in May 2003 with my six year old daughter and stayed on an all inclusive basis. It really is the best family hotel that I have stayed in. The pools are outstanding and though the hotel was full, it never felt crowded due to the vastness of the pool area. Food was very varied and delicious with a mixture of international cuisine and typical Greek dishes. The rooms are very small but clean and good facilities. It is handy to have a bungalow near the pool enabling you to return easily to the room from pool area during the day. The staff cannot do enough to ensure that your stay is comfortable and any problems that you may encounter are quickly and efficiently put right. Lastly, the entertainment team are grteat fun and the kids really enjoy the mini disco each evening. Not too much fun for adults in the evening but taxis into Chania are cheap. Chania is a must for a day trip. |

got back from the louis creta 3 days ago and really miss it!! im 14 and the night entertainment was really good in the club and i made loadsa good friends! the pools were fantastic and really clean and the waves on the beach were brilliant. my hotel room was not up to scratch though as we did not get clean towels unless we asked and i was once greeted after a day by the pool by a puddle of water in the miidle of my floor!!! the food was not very good at all .it seemed to be the same stuff every few nights! my dad is vegeterian and when took a bite into his vegeterian lablelled stuffed pepper he was also eating ham!! the staff were slightly unfriendly and it seemed they were there just because they were getting payed to pour you drinks. apart from that, it was all very pleasent and the animation team really livened things up!
overall i would only give the hotel a 3 star but thanx louis creta for a really fun holiday!!! |

We had a great time at this hotel, it was our 2nd visit in two years.
excellent entertainment, fantastic pools. Food very good too, lots of choices. The only minor bad thing is the beach - it was awful, but you know what kids are like, pool, pool and more pool |

I took my children here ages 7, 12, 18 we all loved it. The rooms are small and basic but who wants to sit in a room. The staff were great and helpful and the animation team were excellent. Food is good and there's plenty of it. We went at the end of July 2003 and are going back in September 2003. Worth every penny. |

I visited the Louis Creta Princess Hotel in Crete in 2002, high season. All my family went and us kids range from different ages 2, 8, 13 and 15. We each enjoyed the experience very much as the entertainment, activites and resort were amazing. The holiday reps from First Chiose, Eclipse were great, the kept us busy and helped us bond very well. Teenagers from different parts of the UK, and they did such a great job we are still in touch today. The pool is huge and the night life was thrilling. The animation team of that time were a great laugh and sent us to bed with smiles, they kept us smiling all the holiday. Anyway to sum up my review its definatly a hotel to stay in and a great atmosphere!!!!! Wish i could go again! |

I stayed at the Louis Creta Princess Hotel in Maleme, Chania, Crete for two weeks in October 2003. With me were my two boys aged 13 and 8 and we were on an all inclusive basis. We had a fantastic time, and it would be really hard to find anything to complain about in this hotel.
he hotel was clean, airy, spacious and the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, and never got too "samey", even though we were there for two weeks. The salad bar was particularly good. The range of drinks and snacks available within the all inclusive deal was more than reasonable, and although the drinks were all locally produced instead of brand names, you'd have to be very fussy not to find something you like amongst the selection on offer. Brand names are also available though, at a price. The hotel grounds are well kept and the pool area is really nice. We were impressed to note the sun beds being washed each evening. The pools are very clean and the bridges linking the poolside areas look pretty. The hotel "in house" animation team were superb, and although my kids were reluctant to get involved in the activities to begin with, by the end of the first week were competing in everything going, and I hardly saw them. Marvellous! The evening shows were excellent too, very amusing and again, although we were there for a fortnight, we never saw the same show twice. The rooms, although fairly small were clean, and had all the facilities we needed. They were also cleaned daily, and towels changed every other day. The hotel is within walking distance of several minimarkets, a chemist and doctor, jewellery shops and ceramic factory. The beautiful town of Chania is just half an hour away on the hotels complimentary bus shuttle, and is well worth tearing yourself away from the pool for.
In short, a great place, a great hotel and a great time. Will we return? Try and stop us!! |

At first we must say, our English isn?t perfect!!! O.k., this vacation was the best, which we ever had. We (20 and 22 years old) had very much fun in the Louis Creta Princess. The food was very good (but we must say, we never saw the breakfast!), but the special drinks from the special barmen we liked very much. :-) The pool was very wet...! The rooms were very simple, but it was o.k., because it was very clean and we didn?t saw it so often (only to change our clothes). The animation-team was very boring. They thought, they are the greatest. O.k., now to the staff... The staff was very great, friendly, helpful and some very sexy!!! You know, what we mean... For this moment many greetings to Yianni, Strato, Apostoli, Sia, Marina and Spiros...see you next year. We?ll never forget you and you are the reason, why we had a great vacation and we are very pleased to see you next year again.WE ARE THE BEST!!! :-) Alles klar... Gute und geile Träume...! |

I have just returned from Crete having spent two weeks there with my wife and two sons. The hotel itself has excellent facilities but the rooms are a little small with not much room to move. The food is very good with always something to choose from the menu. The animation team are a fantastic advert for the hotel and the evening shows are well worth the money alone. A special mention to all the team of Steffano, Allesandro, Bjorn, Antonio, Elena, Lisa, Nadia and Irene. Who kept us entertained for the whole of our stay. Thanks guys. |
