Lovely hotel
A lovely hotel with very polite & helpful staff, excellent breakfast and very clean, although somewhat small rooms. Location is excellent close to train station, outdoor market and not far from Il Duomo. While a very historic building, few vestiges of its remarkable history remain. |

Machiavelli Palace
Hotel adequate but photos do it more justice than actual experience. Superb location and clean but room was pokey and shower cubicle so small, you couldn't turn around without hitting the tap which turned the water off!!
Breakfast ok, bar very expensive. |

Stayed there in March 2003Rooms are a good size, but we did flood our bathroom almost after every shower. The hotel staff speaks english and they are very nice and accomodating. Its in a great location, walking distance from the train station and the tourist sites. Breakfast is good and included in the room price. |

Location, Location, Location! this is one of the best hotels to stay at while visiting the beautiful city of Florence! The staff is friendly and helpful and they even arranged for us to have a car service while we went outlet shopping! Rooms are huge clean and the bathrooms are immaculate!!! It's near the train station and the market place- so any last minute shopping you need done- you can do here! It is is near the duomo and a bank if you are short on cash! have fun! |
