This 3-floor residence offers studio-type accommodation. It has 75 accommodation units in total. Amenities include a lobby, lift access, terrace, play area, games room and Internet access (for a fee). A car park is provided for guests arriving by car (parking fees apply).
A deposit for each apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure, after inventory. Usually, check-in is on Saturday from 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am. In the case of short stays, check-in is from 11 am and check-out is by 6 pm. Reception has the following opening hours: Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to midday and from 4 to 7 pm, Saturday from 8 am to midday and from 2 to 8 pm and Friday from 9 am to midday and from 4 to 8 pm. Guests planning to arrive outside of these opening hours should inform reception in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Maeva le Phare Hotel Channel Tunnel. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
