This residence is made up of 2 buildings, facing the sea and enjoying a view of the bay. There are 72 rooms in total. Amenities include lift access. A car park is provided for guests arriving by car.
A deposit for each apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure, after inventory. Sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Usually, check-in is on Saturdays from 5 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. For short stays, check-in is from 2 pm, and check-out is by midday. Reception is open Saturday from 8 am to 12 am and from 2 pm to 8 pm, Sunday from 9 am to midday, Monday to Thursday from 9 am to midday and from 4 pm to 7 pm and Friday from 9 am to midday and from 4 pm to 8 pm. It is closed on Sunday afternoons. Guests planning to arrive outside of reception hours should inform reception in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Maeva les Balcons de Collioure Hotel Perpignan. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
