The hotel offers 73 autonomous apartments with simple decoration, a room and playground for children, a lobby and a car park (fees apply).
A deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Check-in/out: arrival on Saturday at 5 pm and departure before 10 am. Check-in/out for short stays: arrival from 11 am and departure before 6 pm. Reception opening hours: Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 8 pm, Sunday and Wednesday from 9 am to 12 pm and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm. The reception is closed on Sunday and Wednesday afternoon. Please inform the site for arrivals outside the reception's opening days and times.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Maeva Ty Mat Hotel Saint Malo. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
