Private entry. Set directly on the Croisette. Décor includes palm leaves in tall glass vases; scarlet and dark wood furnishings; cream fabric walls; ceilings with green and red stripes. Roof opens during summer. Acclaimed chef offers original Provençal cuisine with a twist. Menu selections include coquilles Saint-Jacques; scallops with cèpe mushrooms; breast of roast pigeon; Breton lobster. Wine list features selection of fine Bordeaux wines. Lunch and dinner served five evenings a week. Fouquet’s Cannes - Inspired by famous namesake on the Champs-Elysées, this traditional French brasserie offers French cuisine in a theatrical atmosphere: Egyptian frescoes and statues; burgundy-red furnishings; black-and-white photos of celebrities from past film festivals. Terrace overlooks pool and garden. Renown bar where head barman offers extensive choice of champagne cocktails. Cigars also offered. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Seafood and salads offered on pier and on private beach. Open April – October. Accommodates 320 persons.
* This hotel offers a fitness club, as well as a health and beauty center offering gym lessons, body, facial treatments, massages, a Turkish bath, spa tub, and more. The hotel also has a hair-dresser, beauty salon, and exhibition space.
* The hotel also houses 17 conference and banqueting rooms accommodating from 10 to 900. Topped with a blue-sky ceiling, the largest Salon Croisette seats up to 350 for a dinner or 100 boardroom-style. Refurbished in 2003, Salon Diane accommodates up to 675 for cocktails and features contemporary decor of dark wood panels and large windows.
