Close to city
I stay in this often often as its within walking distance of the city centre (approx 10-15mins). Its also near the Financial Services District and the Docklands area which has seen alot of development over recent years. Its ideal for business travellers- it also has a gym, pool, sauna, steamroom etc so good for relaxation after busy days. It's close by to a newly opened theatre and the O2 concert venue. If you need to access the tram system (the luas), you walk around the corner, cross over the bridge, go over one block and its there. Overall a good hotel and usually no loud music or late night events.

Great holiday experience
Me and my girlfriend just got back from a stay at Quality Hotel Dublin City. I don't like to post comments on the internet much but i fell like i have to express my positive feelings about Quality Hotel Dublin City. It was our first time in Dublin and i'm so pleased that we booked a room at this hotel. We had a memorable holiday experience! The hotel offered us everything we needed. The room was spacious, very comfortable with all the necessary facilities. The food was delicious. The hotel's spa&wellness center was the ideal place for relaxation. It was the best spa message i received ever! Apart from all this the hotel was the ideal base for exploring the city. It was only 1 km from the Dublin Castle and the vibrant city Temple Bar where we found nice restaurants and was only 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel's restaurant "Lannigans" was the ideal place to taste delicious examples from the Irish cuisine. What could i say more, Quality Hotel Dublin City is a great place to stay in Dublin. I do recommend it!

Positive experience
Recently stayed for the second time at the Quality Hotel and had the same positive experience. Hotel is modern, spacious and spotlessly clean if a little dull in decor. The hotel staff was lovely, really friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are large with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Rooms have all the amenities you would expect, ie iron, trouser press, kettle etc. We have used a room service and definitely were pleased. The service was efficient – did not make us wait for long, and upon arrival was very well presented and delicious. Besides, the food at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent and good quality.
Another positive thing about the hotel is that it’s located just 20 min. away from the city center. The only inconvenience that was experienced this time in particular, was the noise of construction that was going on nearby. That was very disturbing. Not the hotels’ fault, but part of the experience. All in all, the Quality Hotel is a truly 4 star hotel.

Pleasant stay
A group of six of us stayed at Quality Hotel for a weekend. The hotel looked new and fresh, was very tip top decorated. The reception was really nice and the staff very welcoming.
We had three double rooms and all were fairly spacious and really comfy. The bathrooms were fine, lovely and clean, with a full bath and a shower over.
The breakfast was adequate. The hotel bar was really nice, lots of comfy sofa, plasma's and a good choice and drinks and cocktails.
It was about a 15-20min walk into the Centre of Dublin to the Temple Bar Area, but it wasn't too bad at all as we walked along the river.
Overall it was a really nice hotel, just a shame that there were construction works going one in the area while we were there, which didn't effect us at all.
