* There is only one restaurant in the resort offering regular meal selections. It seemed to be frequented by both resort patrons as well as day-trippers to Pulau Manukan.
* There is also a water sports centre which will take care of your outdoor activity needs such as snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, etc. |

* The resort offers 4 different types of accommodation, namely Hilltop Lodge 1-storey bungalow (4 units), Hilltop Lodge split-level (6 units), Beach Lodge 1-storey bungalow (4 units) and Beach Lodge split-level (6 units).
* Obviously, the 1-storey bungalows are significantly bigger, offering 2 bedrooms, dining and living areas.
* The rooms here do come at a premium, perhaps due to the seclusion it offers. Not to mention the units are generally well-appointed with plush finishes and modern amenities.
* All units are equipped with air-conditioner, attached bathroom and TV. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Manukan Island Resort Kota Kinabalu Hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
