good service affordable price
Convenient location close to the main attractions and museums. Basic well kept comfortable rooms with big balcony. Very helpful staff. Perfect breakfast with tea, coffee, juice, bread, halva, cereals and cheese. Lovely stay. Recommended! |

Dont expect too much
We enjoyed our stay at the Marina hotel. If you dont have high expectations and dont mind seeing the 'real' side of Athens then you will enjoy this hotel. Its clean and is just 5 minutes walk from Omnia square metro stop. |

Low price but high quality service!
We were searching for a cheep hotel to stay in Athens for 2 days. On otel.com we came across Marina Hotel, it was just as we wanted and we booked a double room through this website. Well, as the price was low we didn't have high expectations and we were prepared for the worst. When we finally got to the hotel we pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcome we received. The hotel staff was helpful and the atmosphere was warm and cosy. Reception area was spacious painted in bright colors and the room was so comfortable and clean with all the necessary equipment. It was a nice surprise really! The hotel marvelled us with its excellent location too... It was only 6 minutes walk from the old city Plaka and Acropolis. Apart from all these the hotel restaurant was decent, and the bar was the ideal place for relaxation after a whole day's sightseeing. We really liked staying at this hotel and would definitely go back again. |

very nice hotel
It's very nice hotel with the helpful staff. Service is very good, room is clean. It's not expensive ,however it has very spacious reception hall, well decorated. I'd rather say that it is a very good hotel to recommend. |

would stay here again
Hotel was located by train station and was very convenient to all tourist spots by the subway. Clean hotel - no complaints - great price. Would stay here again. |

Better than we thought it would be
Better than we thought it would be. Location is very good for getting the metro and walking to the main squares. overall, reasonable accommodation. |

Very much pleased with our stay
We reserved a triple room and expected three beds crammed into a small space. It turned out to be almost a suite, with a double bed in one area, a large sitting space with sofa and easy chairs opening on to a huge balcony, a separate bedroom for one person, and a spacious bathroom. It's an old hotel and the lift was very tiny and slow, but it would be a comfortable, inexpensive place to stay if you wanted a few days to explore Athens. It's only a short walk to the old city area and the acropolis, and is close to the central metro station. Overall, very much pleased with our stay. |
