Luxors'Jolie Ville' is the most wonderful place to relax.......

Another perfect holiday at the wonderful Maritim Jolie Ville,Kings Island, Luxor...no wonder clients keep on returning and we are never disappointed. The food was excellent with particular mention of La Fleur where the presentation and quality of our meal was just wonderful. The Italian Restaurant is now open giving even more choice and ,although we choose the Nakheel Restaurant for a poolside lunch most days there is also a delightful new restaurant over a bridge and IN the new Horizon Pool. The gardens were in perfect order as always and the flowers and colours breathtaking, everyone works so hard and the results are a credit to all concerned. Naga, at the Salon does a wonderful pedicure and all the treatments I have tried have been excellent and very good value. There is a Courtesy Bus taking guests into Luxor several times a day but the taxis are inexpensive and the driver will wait for you and take you back for very little extra and we went to the West Bank this time to visit some of the ancient tombs and, going by taxi, was very much cheaper than the Tour Company prices.This was our second visit this year...and we hope to be going again in the autumn as this is the perfect place whether you want an action packed sight seeing holiday or to just relax and enjoy the natural surroundings of Kings Island.

We have been to this resort three times, this time we were very disappoionted the standard has fallen a great deal, the staff are still wonderful and cannot do enough for you, we booked a delux room but moved out after the second day as we did not have room to move a wheelchair around the toilet, we were advised that this would be ok when we made the booking, we moved to a standard room which was much better and we could use the bathroom, their is still plenty of food to be had at all meals but the quality is not as good as it has been, there used to be a dress code in the evening in the main resturant but this has now gone and shorts and base balls caps are the norm, you cannot get into the bar in the evening as they now do cheap meals for the guest that are staying on B & B basis, so you have to sit out in the reception area to have a drink and listen to the music that is the same snogs every night sung by the sample couple, we will not be going back here but will return to Luxor as it is a wonderful place
