The complex is reminiscent of daily life in Oaxaca and has been a quality family business since 1944. Renovated in 2004, on offer are a total of 95 rooms, of which 16 are junior suites and 17 are single rooms, spread across 4 floors. Amongst the family-friendly hotel's facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange counter, a hotel safe and 2 lifts. Furthermore, the hotel includes the El Morzillo bar, a café, the air-conditioned El Portal del Marqués restaurant and WLAN access point. A laundry service (with chemical cleaning) and room service are also available. The hotel service is personal and traditional and guests may feel free to make use of the babysitting and postal services. Parking is on hand for those guests arriving by car.
