Friendly and profesional staff..average size rooms
mine had balcony (small). very good breakfast buffet with many hot items but it was expensive..convenience store in gas station across the street. department stores and start of pedestrian shopping areas about a 10 minute walk.
Pay garage..park on street about a block away for free.
The Lufthansa Airlines Bus to Frankfurt Airport
departs from front of the hotel..about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minute ride.. |

We stayed here over New Years Eve. We had a king room with an extra bed and still had ample space. The hotel is on the Rivar Neckar and our room had a gorgeous river view. They had a huge buffet breakfast that was good. The staff was extremely friendly. The only drawback was having to pay to park in the hotel garage. |

Situated on the river, this hotel made us feel very welcome indeed. Housekeeping remade our beds with topsheets, and they delivered complimentary refreshments. The front dest helped us find our way to public transportation numerous times, let us use the computer, lent us umbrellas, and placed a call for us when we could not get our calling card to work.
All in all, they were terrific! The food was good, the massages were outstanding, and the price was so reasonable.
Just be aware that the hotel is not within walking distance to Bismark Platz. We tried to book a second stay a week later, and they were sold out. No wonder! |
